One-on-One Sessions
A one-on-one session is a deeply personal and energetically shifting experience.

We first start with a 10-20min phone call where we talk about your issue and what it is that you hope to achieve through this session.
​This first phone call is free of charge.
I explain the process and assess wether I can help you or not.
After that phone call, we set up a date and time, in person or online.​
Every one-on-one session is tailored to your needs and abilities and helps you create or find the appropriate resources for recovery. They are complementary to any therapy form, be it somatic therapy, art therapy or psychological/psychiatric based counselling.​​
I am specialised in energetic extraction, energetic re-alignment, alleviating trauma triggers, past life trauma, relationship issues, decoding of destructive patterns and understanding blockages and finding your own voice in expressing and living your truth.​
​
Perception and awareness shifts are immediate but take time to integrate, which is why energetic tools and visualisations, as well as practical advice are given to you, so that integration can happen in a grounded and reasonable pace.
​
Healers and light workers profit from being able to ask specific questions in regards to their own healing work or spiritual journey, offering more clarity and expansion in their work.​
​
If you are sensitive and suspect being a psychic yourself, but don’t know how to navigate it, I help you gain confidence, channeling practical advice and initiating you into a process or journey that helps you integrate and embody your gifts.
I also do house or room energy clearings, mostly in person, sometimes online possible.
Transport costs need to be paid extra if in person.

Energy house/room clearings make sense if you feel uncomfortable in your home and/or feel it is haunted by residue energy from past residents or events.
​In rare cases, I keep the right to decline a session, should I feel it would be too overwhelming, counterproductive or not (yet) suitable.
